SproutNet was founded by Jaime Cavazos, a product leader and engineer with 15+ years building enterprise software, identity, and security platforms. Before leading product, Jaime was a full-stack engineer working across UI/UX, APIs, databases, and DevOps.

At Epicor, Jaime led the identity platform serving 125,000+ customer users and 3,000+ employees, with more than 300,000 logins a month, and drove single sign-on adoption from 54% to 78%. At Charles Schwab, he worked on identity and security for one of the country's largest financial firms.
